Do you have any plans for this character in the game? I'm hoping to have Octavia cope with the abandonment that she feels towards her father, to work past the feeling of being the burden that kept him in an unhappy life, and forgiving him, herself, and Blitz for what happened to her family. For her to learn to be happy and hopeful again.

1. Tell us about who your character is and what someone’s first impression would be upon meeting them. How would your character act once someone got to know them?
Octavia's out appearance and personality reflect that of a typical gothic teen. One that has an attitude is that of a cynical, stark child that feels the world is against her. She favors morbid topics like listening to and writing depressing emotional songs and collecting taxidermy of monstrous animals. She pretends to be disinterested in everything and like she doesn't care about anything that is going on around her.

But underneath the apathetic facade of teen angst, Octavia is a very insecure and lonely individual. Having been raised by a distant, cold mother and having a father that was caring but a bit overprotective and a bit absent-minded at times with her care. Ever since she was a child, Octavia has lived with an ongoing fear of her parents going their separate ways and that her father would abandon her. As someone got to know her more, she would gradually open up more about that fear and the anger that it led to as she found out that he'd never been happy. She had been a burden, something that just kept him trapped in a life that never made him happy.

2. What is something unique and interesting about them, or what is a fun little tidbit that sets them apart from the crowd?
Being an owl demon, she can turn her head 180 degrees with ease. She also is a precautionary heir to the Goetia family, essentially making her royalty.

3. What does your character think their flaws are? What do they think their strengths are? What are their actual flaws and strengths?
Octavia believes that she is unwanted, that she was just an obligation that her father and mother had so that the Goetia family would have their precautionary heir. Octavia feels that she was a burden that kept her father trapped in a marriage and life that never made him happy. She feels like she was never enough for her family, for Stolas, or anyone. But has come to feel that she can stand on her own two feet and that she will be able to continue to grow and move on by herself, and that even though her father won't know anything about her other than her name, she will be okay.

Her anger over the revelation of the depth of her Father's unhappiness with his marriage and life has made her blind to the fact that he does care about her and loves her. While her anger is justified in some ways, it has made her stubborn and unwilling to listen. She closes herself off from him, and given she is shown to not have many friends, pretty much everyone as she retreats to an empty home full of shadows and ghosts of a life that was never real. But despite that, she can see through her mother's and uncle's attempts at emotionally manipulating her, going so far as to stand against her uncle and protect her father from his assault. Saving not only Stolas but Blitz and the rest of IMP.

4. What is a common misconception other characters have about your character?
That she will be okay. Because she is from a Goetic family, many assume that she is like many of the other Goetia. She feels entitled and is someone who looks down on others, treating them as something less than herself, and she only cares about herself and doesn't pay attention to or consider others.
